Flying directly into Fort Walton Beach/Destin FL is definitely one of the more unique exeriences in domestic air travel. The commercial air terminal is actually located on Eglin Air Force Base, so you end up flying in among F-15s, A-10s, F-16s, and C-130s. It’s cool stuff, whether you dig aviation or not.
